A comparison of claims that the British royal family attracts tourist income with information that the UK is sixth or seventh on the list of tourist destinations, with those in the higher places being mainly republics.

    Kitty!! If I could visit only one foreign country, I'd pick Britain (also helps I can speak the language, more or less), but not because of the Royals, though of course I would want to see everything I could, including the Palace, etc. I'd be afraid of France because I can't speak a word of French; otherwise would love to go there as well as Italy and Greece.
